FIRE!!!

Papa did not come back and several days passed free of conflict. Then came the big birthday event, when Bro and Baby would both be advancing to the next stage. The kids were both very excited and looking forward to the celebration.

All of a sudden, a mysterious fire broke out in the kitchen. The family had been outside at the time. Mama set Baby down in the grass and ran into the house to try to put out the fire with a fire extinguisher. Bro followed Mama into the burning home.

The fire seemed to go out, but then it mysteriously flared up again.

The fire began to spread very quickly.

Finally a fire engine arrived, but not even professional help could keep the fire from roaring out of control.

Could this be the end of our Martian family...?
