It's Not Easy Being Green

Bro had a hard time going to sleep. His mind reeled with the possible implications of Baby's frighteningly vague visions. At breakfast, he asked Mama if she knew of any reason the family might be in danger. She seemed startled by the question. But then she quickly assured him that all is well.

Later in the day, Bro met up with Lisa and they went for a walk. Bro confided with Lisa about Baby's experience in the crypt. She could see that Bro was quite shaken up by it all.

Toward the end of their walk, they passed an overgrown park where a homeless man and child were hanging out. Lisa insisted that they should go ask the pair if they were alright and if they needed anything. Bro did not think it was a good idea. But when Lisa entered the park, Bro followed.

As soon as the homeless man laid eyes on Bro he became very agitated and began angrily screaming, "GREENSKIN ALIEN! GREENSKIN ALIEN! You don't fool me, Greenskin Alien! I know what you are! No one else can see your evil green skin. But I can see it! You don't belong here, Greenskin Alien! Now GET OUT!!!"

Bro was shocked and stunned. He thought only Martians could see the light spectrum which made his skin appear green. To Earthlings he was supposed to just look like a Caucasian Human Being. The homeless man was becoming even more agitated and abusive. So Bro grabbed Lisa by the hand and they got out of there fast.

Bro walked Lisa the rest of the way back to her house. She thought that the encounter with the homeless man was just bizarre. "Wow. That poor old guy is clearly mentally ill. Are you alright, my Love? I think I had better call Child Services."

Bro did not know what to say. He gave Lisa a big hug in front of her house and then walked quickly home.

Baby was still up when Bro got home. He told her about the crazy homeless man. She nodded her head, with an intense look of purposefulness in her eyes.

"All the more reason to carry out my plan", she said.

"What plan?"

"I've made my decision." she said. "I'm going back into the crypt."

Robin has done an outstanding job with his story blog and he was kind enough to upload his characters to the net so that other players of The Sims 3 can download thim into their own games.
